The Shaggel Company wants you to be completely satisfied with
your order. We offer a full exchange and refund policy on all
items purchased through the Shaggel.com website within 30 days
of your purchase and before use / washing. In the event that
you are not completely satisfied with your on-line order, please
follow the directions below.
E-mail us at sales@shaggel.com within
30 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain a return
authorization number. If you want to exchange your merchandise,
please advise us in the e-mail that you would like to exchange
for a different item.
Return the un-used merchandise in the
original packaging. Please include a copy of the original
invoice that was enclosed with your order.

must pay for the cost of shipping. We recommend that
you send the merchandise insured to protect against damage
or lost shipments. Do not send your merchandise back
collect, as it will be refused.
If you plan on returning your merchandise, DO NOT USE
OR WASH. Any merchandise that shows sign of use will
not be accepted for return.
